Refund & Exchange Policy

our satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your item, you have the option to exchange it or receive a refund immediately while the courier is still present. Please note that once the courier has departed, we will no longer be able to process exchanges or refunds.

During bazaar days, refunds are available throughout the event; however, after the bazaar has concluded, while exchanges remain possible, refunds are not.
